During every phase of a project, our project managers can fulfil the delegated project developer role. Whether it be for the initial location analysis or during the tendering procedure or design contest, you can always get BOAG’s knowledge and experience on your team. Within the scope of the project, we will work in a targeted manner to ensure a successful process. Our project managers have access to the various disciplines at BOAG to be able to run and control all aspects of projects comprehensively, ranging from quantity surveying to maintenance advice.
Conceptual thinking and creativity, combined with thorough process-based methods, is what you can expect from BOAG. The primary aim is always to add value to areas, buildings, and developments. We look for the right solutions for the mix and optimum embedding of the programme into a greater urban development or large-scale out-of-town development.

In line with development management, there is also the design & build concept, i.e. procuring both design and construction on one single contract. The so-called ‘construction team’ is a well-known concept in the Netherlands, which sees client and expert consultants work together on the design and construction, ensuring that all parties involved know what is expected of them in terms of budget and timetable. On the side of the consultants, BOAG takes the lead, being your point of contact that takes care of arrangements for you within the scope of the project.
